Each course is limited to a maximum of 28 places. We will try to accommodate your choice of course, but it is advisable to apply as early as possible.
How do I apply?
You can apply by filling in an application form. You will need to ask your teacher for a reference too. When we have received these we will contact you to arrange an audition. Auditions can take place throughout the year. Students who are unable to travel to London may be able to audition by submitting a video.
What happens at the audition?
Applicants are asked to chose two contrasting pieces of a standard at least equivalent to grade VII. There will be some sight reading, and maybe some aural excercises. A pianist will usually be available.
