You can apply by filling in the application form below. Once we have received this we will contact you to arrange an audition. Auditions can take place throughout the year. Students who are unable to travel to London may be able to audition by submitting a video.
What happens at the audition?
Applicants are asked to chose two contrasting pieces of a standard equivalent to grade VIII. There will be some sight reading, and we may also record a brief excerpt of your playing for our reference when matching the groups.
Each course is limited to a maximum of 28 places. We will try to accommodate your choice of course, but it is advisable to apply as early as possible.
